Al Khorshed House is conceived as the prototype for a new suburban neighbourhood in Riyadh, setting the standard for quality, comfort, and cultural resonance within the Al Khorshid development. Its design reinterprets the spatial traditions of the Saudi home through a contemporary lens — balancing privacy, climate responsiveness, and a refined architectural character. Organised around a sequence of interlocking courtyards, the home uses these open-air voids as spatial anchors, drawing light and air deep into the plan.
